This platform provides modern TradingView indicators, tools based on models such as Quarterly Theory and the ICT / Inner Circle Trader Power of Three, automation via alerts, supplemental indicators, and related trading solutions. Using any Fstarlabs service means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
Users must be 18+ (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By accessing Fstarlabs you represent that you meet this requirement and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Purpose & Disclaimer
Fstarlabs delivers educational, research, and entertainment content only. Outputs, indicators, models, and alerts are not financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions, interpretations, and results are solely your responsibility. Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
Membership & Access
Access is licensed per plan (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime/Ultimate +) or via associated one-time/supplemental offerings.
Licenses are non-transferable and personal.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A 7-day trial may be available for select plans.
Refunds are issued as applicable by law, within the bounds of our 14-day Refund Policy (e.g., applicable 14-day withdrawal rights in certain jurisdictions). Some offerings may be sold out or limited.
Data Handling
We collect emails, usernames, payment details (handled by third parties such as Whop), and usage data for authentication, licensing, access to invite-only TradingView scripts, and support. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Content & Usage
You may use Fstarlabs indicators, tools, and outputs strictly for your personal analysis, education, and TradingView charting. Redistributing, sharing, reselling, publishing, or otherwise distributing proprietary indicators, code, models, alerts, setups, or any outputs is strictly prohibited and is at your own risk. All intellectual property, including indicators and related materials, remains the property of Fstarlabs.
Conduct & Restrictions
No account sharing, credential distribution, or access granting to paid materials. No reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, or exploiting Fstarlabs systems, indicators, or integrations. No harassment in associated communities, Discord, or support channels. No unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, or misuse of TradingView invite-only scripts. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Termination
Fstarlabs may suspend or revoke access at any time for abuse, redistribution, breaches of these terms, security issues, non-payment, or other violations. You may cancel your subscription anytime through the payment processor (e.g., Whop) or by contacting support. Any outstanding obligations, including payments due, remain enforceable upon termination.
Limitation of Liability
Fstarlabs is not liable for any financial losses, trading outcomes, missed opportunities, downtime, TradingView integration issues, alert failures, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is excluded for gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury, fraud, or obligations that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases, total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Fstarlabs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Arbitration & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, on an individual basis only (no class actions). Exceptions include small claims court actions, intellectual property disputes, and requests for injunctive relief.
Severability & Updates
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Fstarlabs may update these Terms at any time with notice provided via email, website, dashboard, or other communication channels. Your continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
